VIP Benefits
The VIP pass allows you and one guest the following benefits:
• VIP preview, Wednesday 2 April from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.. By invitation only.
• VIP early opening, Thursday 3 to Sunday 6 April from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and free access during public opening hours.
• One free curated tour of the fair by L’Observatoire de l’art contemporain (in French, duration 45 minutes, limited number, mandatory registration)
• Access to a selection of 31 exclusive events of the VIP programme from Monday 31 March to Saturday 5 April (limited number, mandatory registration).
• Free access to institutions that have specifically given this advantage and indicated as such in the VIP Programme, from Wednesday 2 to Sunday 6 April.

VIP Programme
A programme of private visits and exclusive events will be available (upon reservation) during the fair week from Monday 31 March to Saturday 5 April 2025 in the most prestigious Parisian cultural institutions.
Registrations for VIP Programme events will open in March 2025.

A free cloakroom will be at your disposal at the entrance of the Grand Palais Éphémère to leave your personal belongings.
Important
Due to the Vigipirate plan (increase security measures) level “reinforced security - attack risk”, access to the Grand Palais is forbidden to all suitcases, travel bags and backpacks larger than A3 size. The Grand Palais' security service may be required to take, without notice, any measure it deems useful. Folding bikes and scooters are prohibited in the fair.

Your VIP Pass grants you free access to the VIP Lounge, a place to relax and enjoy a glass of champagne with a small bite.
Chic tapas – Our Chef’s Creations
Located on the first floor of the Grand Palais, the VIP Lounge will host you for a gourmet experience in a sophisticated and cozy atmosphere. A rich menu of chic tapas, wine and champagne will be available at the Ruinart Bar and VIP Lounge.
Our chefs’ seasonal sweet and savory recipes served in generous portions, are all made with local products of the VIIème arrondissement. To enhance the culinary experience, choices of elegant appetizers with baby greens, grazing cheese and charcuterie boards, and pastries are served.
